What is it?
SOL-X SmartWatch is a certified intrinsically safe wearable device to enhance your safety and wellbeing while working in a hazardous area. SOL-X SmartWatch works hand in hand with the Dashboard to enable two way communication to ensure safe operations and timely reaction to events.
When to use it?
Only during work hours. At end of shift, each worker must charge device in their cabin overnight. Charger will be provided.
Who will use it?
All user are assigned one SOL-X SmartWatch.
General maintenance
Keep the device clean and free from dirt, dust and grease as you would your own watch.
Your SOL-X SmartWatch is water resistant, but please wipe it down after each shift and ensure watch is clean and dry before charging. Water and dirt may interfere with the charger’s contact points and stop it from charging correctly.
Do I need to log in everyday?
No, you only need to log in when you arrive on site and receive your watch.
Important Note Only use charger provided. Do not use other chargers as this will damage the device.
