Troubleshooting Guide: Router and Connectivity Issues

Modified on Thu, 31 Jul at 7:41 AM

A stable router connection is essential for SOL-X devices to sync data and function smoothly. If your router was previously connected to the internet but is now experiencing issues, follow these troubleshooting steps.

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting

1. Toggle Wireless Function

Start by switching the wireless function off and on on your device. This quick action often helps re-establish the connection.

2. Check Device Battery Level

Make sure your device battery is above 30%. Low battery levels may restrict connectivity performance.

3. Reboot Devices

Restart both your SmartWatch and Tablet. This helps refresh their network modules.

4. Cross-Check with Other Devices

Try connecting another user’s device to the network from the same location. This will help identify whether the issue is device-specific or network-related.

5. Reboot the Router

If the issue persists, restart the router itself. This often resolves temporary disruptions in network service.

6. Contact Your ISP

If there’s still no internet connection after rebooting the router, contact your internet service provider to check for outages or service issues.

Note: If you have completed the above troubleshooting steps and are still facing connectivity issues, please contact the SOL-X Support Team for further assistance.
