Step-by-Step Guide
1. Access the “Work Hours” Menu
From the Home Screen, tap on the Work Hours icon.

2. Start Work
Tap Start Work when you begin your shift or any work-related activity.
The timer will begin recording your active work hours.

3. Stop Work
Once you've completed your task or shift, tap Stop Work.
Confirm your entry to log the end of your work session.

4. View Your Summary
After stopping the recording, a 2-day Work Hours Summary will automatically appear on the screen.
Alternatively, you can tap View Recent Summary anytime from the “Work Hours” menu to see your logged hours.

Monitoring Work Rest Hours on the Dashboard
The SOL-X Dashboard gives supervisors and responsible authorities full visibility into crew work-rest compliance.

Live Work Rest Hour Data: Responsible Authority can view all crew members' recorded WRH sessions in real-time via the dashboard.
Overwork Alerts: The system proactively warns users when they are approaching or exceeding their allowed work hour limits.
Work Availability Metric: A calculated value showing how much available work time remains based on ILO/STCW guidelines and current clock time.
